Anna Sepulveda is an exceptional, reputable and passionate Level 2 Senior Immigration Adviser at Fountain Solicitors. Anna is accredited as a level 2 IAAS Immigration adviser with the Law Society and has knowledge in all areas of immigration law. Anna specialises in Asylum matters and Third Country cases. She also has extensive knowledge of European Immigration law and Judicial Review applications.
Prior to joining Fountain Solicitors, Anna has gained much experience in working within Immigration law which includes, but is not limited to, asylum and human rights applications, bail, detention and deportation matters. Anna is able to advise and assist clients in all stages of their immigration applications, including appeals and Judicial Review. Prior to proceeding in her professional career, Anna volunteered as a Gateway Assessor for Walsall Citizens Advice Bureau. Anna is an extremely caring, ambitious and hard-working professional who takes an enthusiastic and positive approach in advising and assisting her clients.
Anna is a graduate in Social Policy (BA) and attended the University of Birmingham. During her studies she conducted numerous extensive research projects on Asylum and Immigration policy including; super diversity and inclusion; refugees and mental health; and asylum seekers and refugees access to public services. In her final year, Anna was awarded a 1st classification for her exceptional and meritorious research on Irregular Migrant Children and Education Policy that formed her final dissertation. Anna has also studied Politics, Psychology and Sociology and has a strong interest in both national and international law, policy and politics.
