Evaristo Da Silva joined the firm’s Newport office in 2016. Evaristo is registered as OISC Level 3 and is a Level 2 Accredited Caseworker in Immigration and Asylum with the Law Society.

He specialises in Immigration and Asylum Law, having worked for various immigration law firms and advice centres over the last 15 years. He is a member of Human Rights Lawyers Association (HRLA) and Immigration Law Practitioner’s Association (ILPA).

Evaristo has extensive experience in asylum claims, preparing applications to the Home Office, lodging appeals in the First-Tier Tribunal, Upper Tribunal and the Court of Appeal, and is able to advise on complex matters including judicial reviews.

Evaristo is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
