Paul Joined Fountain Solicitors in 2015 and provides legal advice in the matters of housing, debt and benefit appeals. Paul was previously employed as a supervisor for the purposes of legal aid in Social Welfare Law and has gained many years experience in those areas of law.

Paul has experience in most areas of debt or personal insolvency. Paul can advise on all types of personal debt or insolvency, including Bankruptcy, Loans regulated by the Consumer Credit Act 1995, Time Orders IVA’s (although we cannot manage an IVA), Debt plans

With regards to benefit appeals Paul has dealt with all types of appeals involving an alleged overpayment or a possible committal to prison.

Paul can advise on all types of possession claims, including rent arrears, anti-social behaviour, disrepair, imminent eviction and illegal eviction. Rent deposit recovery. Paul also acts for landlords.
