Sarah Latimer joins Fountain Solicitors with 16 years of experience of undertaking Immigration and Asylum work. She has significant experience in presenting cases at both the First and Upper Tier Tribunals and has conducted Judicial Review and Rule 39 applications. Sarah is accredited at Level 2 with Supervisor status.

Sarah has frequently achieved success for clients whose cases were deemed without merit. She has a keen interest in representing clients from the Middle East, vulnerable clients such as minors, victims of torture, human trafficking and those with cases based upon Article 8.

Sarah was invited to contribute to the immigration sections of the CPAG’s Welfare Benefits & Tax Credits Handbook in 2009 and was invited to speak before the National Independent Commission on Enforced Removals by Lord Ramsbotham in May 2012.
