We are able to advise you regarding all aspects and ramifications regarding bankruptcy and if you decide, having considered your personal circumstances that this is the best option for you, we are able to complete your petition for bankruptcy in readiness for your hearing and advise you how to arrange an appointment with the local County Court.

In respect of finance agreements which are regulated by the Consumer Credit Act, we are able to advise and assist you. Under some circumstances such loans or agreements can be modified by the County Court by the making of a Time Order. We are able to advise and if necessary prepare this application to be issued in the County Court.

A further option available to remedy personal financial problems is an Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA). We are unable to manage or set up an IVA but we are able to provide advice regarding this.
