We offer Initial Agreed Fee Packages which can include representation at the First Magistrates’ Court Hearing ranging from £750 upto £3,000.

The fee depends upon the complexity of your case, number of offences you are facing prosecution for, the type of offence(s) and the amount of preparation time involved with your case.

All interim work between hearings – Costs to be agreed. All the fees are plus Vat if applicable.

The interim work will vary but may include obtaining/exchanging evidence, drafting Statements/Statements in response, preparing and agreeing Court Bundles and/or instructing Counsel

Disbursements: All disbursements will need to be paid for separately in addition to the fees for our services. Examples of disbursements include home office/visa application fees, court application fees, postage, interpreting/translation services, medical reports fees, expert report fees, mileage/travel expenses etc. This is not an exhaustive list and is meant purely as a guide.

Fees may be adjusted dependent on the seniority of the fee earner.
