Ameera Nosheen joined Fountain Solicitors in 2011. She is based in the Immigration and Asylum Department and specialises in Immigration, Asylum and European Law. She is a Level 2 Accredited Caseworker in Immigration and Asylum Law with the Law Society. Ameera has dealt with numerous Further Leave to Remain Applications outside the Immigration Rules and has successfully managed to obtain some form of leave for her clients.

Ameera has extensive experience in dealing with entry clearance, domestic violence, EEA and judicial review applications. She also has experience in dealing with deportation, bail applications and appeals, and is able to prepare lasting power of attorneys in relation to health and financial affairs.

Ameera is fluent in Urdu, Hindi, Mirpuri, Pothwari and English.
