Natalia Garcia specialises in cases where the state raises allegations of national security risk or suspected terrorism against the individual. She qualified as a solicitor in 1996 and was previously a partner at Tyndallwoods Solicitors. She is a Solicitor Consultant at Fountain Solicitors. She has represented many clients in the Special Immigration Appeals Commission (SIAC), the Administrative Court, Court of Appeal, Supreme Court and European Court of Human Rights. She has gained a reputation as an extremely experienced and respected specialist and has represented clients in leading cases that have resulted in changes to the law.

She has been ranked as a leading individual in Civil Liberties, Human Rights and Immigration Law in the Chambers Legal Directory for a number of years. She was nominated as a leading campaigner in the The Lawyer Hot 100 2006. She is accredited as a level 2 Senior Caseworker with Supervisor Status.
