You may pay an invoice or place money on account for our services using our online system. You are able to make a payment up to £5,000.00.
Payments are made in GB Sterling and will take 3-5 working days to reach our account.
Important information regarding third party payments: We are unable to accept payments to third parties online, for example to a Bank for a debt or a mortgage deposit. If you do make this type of payment online, we will have no choice but to refund and return your payment which could take up to ten working days, and could result in significant delays to your case. Please see Section 3 of our Terms and Conditions for more information.

How we protect your information
We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which is an industry standard for internet payments. This means all of your personal and card details are protected using 128 bit encryption when your details are transmitted over the Internet. Our site is secured by Verisign. Click the Versign logo to the right to confirm the validity of our secure certificate.
Check you are using a secure site
When your browser displays the online payment page, you will notice that the URL at the top of the browser window starts with https instead of http. You will also see a closed padlock icon in the bottom right hand corner of your browser window. Put your mouse over the padlock for a little while and you should see the encryption strength. It should be at least SSL Secured 128 bit.
If you share your PC or use a facility in a public place
Make sure you are not overlooked as you enter your details and close the browser window and, if applicable, log off when you have finished.

We have the right to refund your payment if your payment is not on account of our fees or in relation to an invoice. Please contact us on 01922 645 429 or email accounts@fountainsolicitors.com if you are unsure as to whether you can pay us online.
All refunds will be processed as soon as your original payment has cleared in our account. This can take 3-5 working days.
