The Supreme Court has heard the appeal of Mandalia v Secretary of State for the Home Department

The Supreme Court heard full argument on 7th May 2015 and has reserved its decision. The judgement of the Court will follow in due course. Counsel for the Appellant are Mr Abid Mahmood of No5 Chambers and Miss Nazmun Ismail of Central Chambers, Manchester.
