Lubna Hussain joined Fountain Solicitors in 2018. She specialises in Immigration and Asylum law.
Prior to joining Fountain Solicitors, Lubna worked for a firm in Cardiff specialising in Immigration and Family Law.
Lubna has experience in dealing with bail applications, entry clearance applications, appeals, settlement applications, Human Right applications and European Law. She also has experience working in the family department in which she specialised in divorce proceedings.
Lubna also has 10 years of experience working within the Financial Services Dispute and investigation team at Eversheds Sutherland LLP. She has extensive experience with matters involving mortgage repossession, professional negligence and regulatory and enforcement matters. She is a strong advocate of Alternative Dispute Resolution which she has used over the past years.
