Administrative Review is an internal review of a decision by Home Office caseworkers. The aim is to correct any errors made during the decision-making process.
Administrative Review has now replaced appeal rights for Tier 4 leave to remain applications from 20 October 2014, and for Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 5 as of 2 March 2015. From 6 April 2015, it has replaced appeal rights for most applications except those who make an asylum or human rights application.
Our team of experienced solicitors can assist you with the entire Administrative Review process.
