Althaf joined Fountain Solicitors in 2015 after having worked in various areas of Civil and Criminal Law. In 2011, Althaf gained a Flass Class Honours Degree in Law (LL.B), and completed his Legal Practice Course (LPC) the following year and went on to become a Solicitor.

At Fountain Solicitors Althaf specialises in both Family Law and Wills.

Althaf specialises in private law children proceedings, divorce, ancillary relief and non-molestation orders and routinely appears before Magistrates, District Judges and Circuit Judges.

Althaf also drafts Wills with a keen interest in drafting Sharia Compliant Wills.

Althaf is fluent in Urdu, Mirpuri and English.
