Dr Yousef Saleh joined the firm’s Newport office in July 2019. He completed his LLM at Glasgow Caledonian University in Immigration Law (Free Movement of Works in the EU). Afterwards, he achieved his PhD in in another subject of the Immigration Law (Comparative Study between the Immigration Law in the EU and the AU).

From 1992 to 2010: in Libya, he used to work as a Judge where he was dealing with different subjects such as immigration law, civil law, and criminal law. Then, he was appointed as a Prosecutor.

Following on, he completed the highest study, he started working at Fountain Solicitors, Newport. He is dealing with a wide range of Arabic clients from different Arabic countries such as Libya, Syria, Iraq, Algeria, Kuwait (Bedoons) and Egypt.

Yousef is a Lecturer in Comparative Law, Politics, and International Relations of the Middle East.

Yousef has extensive experience in immigration cases, preparing applications to the Home Office and give accurate advice in asylum claims. He has received a wonderful positive feedback from his clients.
